We have taken the opportunity of upgrading our ISO 9001 Quality Assurance from the 2008 to the 2015 version to reassess how we work, pick up on lessons learned and improve our processes for the future.
Alec Stillwell took over the baton from Nick Hall to work with our QA auditors and following our external audit in December we received our registration certificate in January 2019.
