Worldwise Limited is a practice of consulting engineers formed in 1991 that has steadily flourished by providing a personal service to clients coupled with a high degree of expertise and professionalism.
We believe in giving our clients good value for money. This has led to much repeat business and an expanding client portfolio. We specialise in mechanical and electrical engineering services as required to create comfortable, safe and energy efficient environments within buildings.
Our willingness to provide for every type and size of service is reflected in the projects undertaken to date with their building services values ranging from £2K to £55M and project values to £105M. We also undertake condition surveys and feasibility reports. Contracts undertaken range in size from 200m2 to 23,000 m2 and include education, sports facilities, car showrooms, workshops, offices, computer suites, health care buildings, military sites, print works and historic buildings.
From formation of a brief through project completion to satisfactory client operation of the services, we provide a high quality of service.
We believe that good communications with clients, design team members and contractors is the key to the success of projects. We pay attention to detail from day one of our appointment. This leads to accurate control of costs and programme and a clear understanding by all parties of what the finished product will deliver.
We have experience of working with many forms of contract including traditional pre-designed and design and construct engagements using JCT, GC Works, NEC and PPC 2000 Partnering Agreements. We have acted as designers and performance specification writers and design checkers. We regularly act as lead consultant on projects with a high M&E services content and we manage all aspects of projects with an exclusively engineering content.
Low energy, environmentally friendly design solutions are high on our priority list and we like to have early involvement on projects to allow proper consideration to be given to these goals from a passive design approach for the benefit of the client and the planet.
