Having assisted Bournemouth School for Girls with their successful CIF Funding Application for Phases 3 and 4 of the heating and domestic water services pipework replacement we have been instructed to move forward with the project.
The disruptive nature of the work means that it will be undertaken as a single contract but over two summers, 2019 and 2020. The work will impact about 50% of the school including key areas such as the kitchen, administration and sports areas.
This will conclude the project that started out in 2014 as a review of the condition of the installed pipework systems with a masterplan for their phased replacement.
In 2016 BSG received CIF funding for Phases 1 and 2 of the work and Worldwise acted as Contract Administrators to oversee the project including all associated builders work and electrical works.
