We’ve recently completed The Services Diversions and Energy Centre at Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
Clearance and diversion of site services, gas, water, comms and power infrastructure needed to be undertaken ahead of new building works and road construction on the site were sufficiently completed in May 2023 to allow the Energy Centre to be fully tested and commissioned and handed over the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
The Energy Centre provides a new HV sub-station and switching facility and 2MW HV generator and associated fuel oil storage and polishing system. The fuel oil will supply the generator and act as secondary source of energy for the gas-fired boiler plant in the new BEACH building when in comes on line in 2024.
