When considering a site for the provision of training facilities AFC Bournemouth asked Worldwise to to advise them on the costs involved in getting utility supplies to the site.
Comprising 9 full sized and 4 half sized outdoor pitches, one indoor pitch, groundsmen accommodation, a spectator stand, car park and 5,500mm2 first team academy with kitchen, restaurants, gyms, classrooms, seminar spaces and offices the demands would be varied.
We carried out load assessments for the whole site for gas, water and electricity and we applied to the utility companies for quotations to get supplies to the site’s perimeter boundary.
