A 1936 building comprising 96 flats. Worldwise were engaged to investigate the condition of the cold water storage tanks and possible causes of low water pressure on upper floors and report on options for future water storage and pressure improvements.
A detailed appraisal considering the condition of the existing water storage arrangements, compliance with current standards, size of tanks and detailed assessment of how to replace the tanks with minimum disruption to residents was produced. Solutions on how to address the low water pressure were included in the report. A phased programme of works was contained in the report along with budget costs and discussions regarding the main health and safety risks.
