Condition Surveys and Reports for Various Properties
Site surveys of the installed mechanical and electrical services systems was undertaken and the preparation of a condition survey report with a 30 year planned maintenance/replacement expenditure plan for the entire portfolio of accommodation owned by the society.
This comprised 9 blocks of flats over 10,120m2 and the society’s own management offices. Altogether there were 169 flats in buildings of varying styles and vintage.
