Complete refurbishment of part lower ground and ground floors in Grade 2 Listed landmark building to form a state of the art drama centre with two studios, changing village and independent bistro café.
The drama studios and changing village was for the use of The Arts University at Bournemouth and the Bistro was for BH Live; both tenants of Bournemouth Borough Council.
Audio systems and stage lighting installation in the larger studio with scene setting for the café and small studio lighting were provided, as well as comfort cooling and ventilation throughout.
Fire alarms, data and comms for the two tenants had to integrate with the systems in use elsewhere in the multi-occupancy building.
