This report included expenditure forecast over 15 years classified under maintenance / health and safety / letability / legal compliance. It included an outline description of all the mechanical and electrical services under Landlord and Tennant headings and made suggestions for works that should be executed by the landlord prior to agreement on leasing the buildings.
