Extensive mechanical ventilation with heat recovery was required to address the “sealed” nature of the building envelope and a VRV system was employed for the heating and cooling needs of the non-clinical areas. Worldwise also designed the domestic water, above ground drainage, lighting, power, security and fire alarm systems.
