A new build development of 136 flats, 7,142m-sq, over 7 storeys including the basement car park.
Worldwise were engaged to establish the required sizes / duties of incoming utility services and to size services plant areas, vertical risers, and horizontal services distribution zones to flats from the risers. We also sized central cold water storage tanks and pressure booster pumps with pipework distribution to all flats. Designing the layout for centrally located gas meters with individual meters and pipework distribution to serve each flat was undertaken with appropriate ventilation of services routes to comply with regulations.
Electrically Worldwise designed a fire detection and alarm system for shared areas, a lightning protection system for the structure, switchgear plant and riser sizes plus cableways for horizontal distribution to falts.
Detailed co-ordinated M&E services void drawings were prepared for horizontal and vertical distribution of M&E services.
