A new build 392m2 church with flexible balcony space for potential lettings, large foyer, worship area, vestry, flower room, toilets and large kitchen. This building is intended to act as a hub for the local catholic community and not just a church.

Low surface temperature heating with underfloor heating used in the main spaces and LST radiators employed in the balcony ensure safety in public use. This is coupled to condensing boilers for maximum efficiency.

The AV systems were all omitted as part of a value engineering exercise but cabling was installed to facilitate its future provision.

A natural ventilation strategy is employed in this highly insulated building to prevent summertime overheating. Manually operated powered high level windows can be opened in conjunction with doors to promote air movement and allow natural buoyancy to remove warm air.
