Fit out of 1400 m2 speculative industrial unit into one complete process factory for the production of novelty confectionary (rock, lollypops) with 235 m2 admin and staff office and welfare areas.
Services included upgrading gas and electricity supplies, installation of two 950 kg/h steam boilers with steam distribution to boiling pans, unit heaters, washdown hoses, and LPHW heat exchanger for hot tables. Provision of chilled water for cold tables, compressed air for process, mechanical extraction and other ventilation, domestic water services plus busbar electrical distribution, lighting, fire, intruder alarms and public address also undertaken.
Worldwise undertook the detailed design of all the above services and project management of the contract.
