This project comprised a two storey, 6 classroom block of modular building construction plus internal alterations to the existing school to create a link corridor.
Upgrading gas, water and power supplies to the site was also necessary as the various previous phases of work undertaken on the site had used up any spare capacity there may once have been in the supplies.
Worldwise provided typical classroom layouts and a performance specification for the modular building provider and then had a watching brief to ensure standards were maintained. We also provide detailed design for the utilities upgrades and managed these as an “enabling works contract” ahead of the modular building works commencing.
