A new 2-storey building of 350m2 with the first floor comprising 3 No dental suites with associated reception, staff rest room, waiting areas, WC’s, etc. The lower floor comprised workshops for the Estates Department.
Services provision included solar thermal, heat pumps for heating and cooling in dental suites, underfloor heating elsewhere, domestic water, vacuum, compressed air, ventilation, lighting, fire alarm, access control, intruder alarm etc. SBEM calculations were undertaken by Worldwise.
