1,0756m2 of additional gym space built on the roof of the existing gym and tied into the Grade 2 Listed main building with services designed to reflect the corporate identity of BH Live who operate the building.
Exposed services with coloured fabric ductwork, general purpose, accent and disco lighting, PA and TV systems all integrated to create a modern, bright and lively atmosphere.
Diversion of site services and site power supply upgrades were part of the project.
