Located at a busy junction in the centre of Surbiton on a confined site the project included both infant and junior schools for girls with combined assembly / sports / dining hall, kitchen, science labs, library, IT suite, classrooms and circulation spaces.
Services included Clock Tower boiler and water storage tank room, providing a mixture of underfloor heating and radiators. Mechanical ventilation was required to the kitchen, hall, and IT suite.
