This was one of a number of primary school kitchen upgrades undertaken for the Borough to enable hot meals to be provided for all primary school children.
Many projects involved load monitoring of the electrical supply and analysis of the results to inform choice of gas-fired or electrical catering equipment selection in efforts to avoid costly mains power supply upgrades to the whole site.
